Step-by-Step Admissions Process

Students can join KISC at any point in the academic year, subject to available spaces.

Step 1: Initial Inquiry & School Tour

  • Purpose: Understand your child’s needs and explore what KISC has to offer.
  • Parents are encouraged to schedule a guided tour of our campus to experience the learning environment firsthand.
  • If you are outside the country, we can arrange for a virtual consultation with our admissions team.

Step 2: Application Submission

  • Complete the Online Application Form via the “Apply Online” button on our website or collect a physical form from our admissions office.
  • Attach the following documents:
    • Recent school reports or transcripts.
    • A copy of your child’s birth certificate/passport.
    • Two recent passport-sized photographs.
    • Any relevant medical or learning support documentation.

Pay a non-refundable registration fee to secure your application.

Step 3: Assessment / Interview

  • Early Years (Kindergarten & Lower Primary):
    Students will be invited for a fun taster session to help our teachers understand their readiness and learning style.
  • Upper Primary & Senior School:
    Students may sit for a brief academic assessment and attend an interview with the Head of Year or Headteacher.

This step ensures we place your child in the right program for their success.

Step 4: Offer of Admission

  • If successful, you will receive an official offer letter confirming:
    • Your child’s placement.
    • The agreed start date.
    • Details of fees and next steps.

If no spaces are currently available, your child will be placed on our waiting list, and we will keep you updated.

Step 5: Registration & Payment

To confirm your child’s place:

  1. Sign and return the acceptance letter.
  2. Pay the required registration fee and caution deposit (for boarding students where applicable).
  3. Submit any remaining documentation.

Step 6: Welcome to KISC!

Your child officially joins the KISC family!
On their first day, our team will ensure a smooth orientation to help them settle in, meet new friends, and feel at home.

Important Information

  • Non-Discrimination Policy:
    KISC admits students of all backgrounds, nationalities, and faiths.
  • Rolling Admissions:
    While our academic year begins in September, we accept applications throughout the year as spaces become available.
  • Scholarships:
    Limited merit-based scholarships are available. Please inquire during the admissions process.
