Payment Guidelines

The fees are billed and payable Termly. Fees are payable in full on or before the first day of the term and are not refundable. The school will not take responsibility for any payments made in cash/Mpesa to staff for any reason whatsoever.

A full-term’s notice in writing and the Head of school’s acknowledgment in writing is a mandatory requirement for withdrawals or a full-term fee payment in lieu of such notice.

The 3000/= insurance covers personal accident incidences subject to policy limit, any expenses above the limit are borne by the parent/guardian.

Family discounts on tuition ,boarding and transport fees only are allowed in bills as follows: 10% from the 3rd child subsequently

The Board Of Directors reserves the right to review the fees charged at the beginning of each academic year. However, a minimum increment to cover rate of inflation and currency fluctuations may apply.
6. Fees should be paid in Bankers' cheque, electronic transfer, money orders, via Mpesa, or through direct cash deposit in favour of;

7. A discount of 2.5% shall be extended to parents making full fee payment, fourteen (14) days to the school’s opening date.
8. School uniform is available at the school at a favourable cost.
